Reservation

•   All Parties require 6-8 week advance reservation
•   50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT required to book party no exceptions.
•   A responsible adult must accompany each child.
•   You must give us 15 days notice if you are going to cancel the party
     or you will be charged for the full amount no exceptions.
•   Gratuities for party assistants are not included in the price of
   the package.
•   All children between the ages of 1to 10 years of age will be
     counted as "attending children" and subject to fees.
•   Maximum of 30 kids per party.

We do not allow any kind of confetti to be thrown around or inside the piñata otherwise there will be $50.00 clean up charge no exceptions.

We allow you to change the date of your party only once after you book your date. But this must be done 15 days before the original date or you will be still charge the full amount for canceling .

It is our responsibility to find out before you book with us if there are any Marathon or City Events on the day of your party. Nayas Garden will not be held responsible for any events causing delay to the arrival of our quests.
